Families find verified personal support workers, nurses and companions near them. Care professionals keep their own profile, set their availability and connect with clients directly.
Market connects people to care. Eco carries care between organizations. Both run on one rule: a handoff counts only when the person who receives it confirms it.

Why Carely exists
A referral sent is not a handoff done. Today nobody can say for certain whether the information arrived, who owns the next step, or whether it happened.
Carely was started by someone who has lived the failed handoff: a finding that never reached the next doctor, a file that never followed a child. Carely is the infrastructure that should have existed.

What we believe
Sending is not arriving. Every handoff on Carely is accepted by the person who receives it, and the record shows exactly when.
Healthcare already has infrastructure. Carely works alongside the systems, teams and relationships that exist today.
We don’t walk into an organization assuming we know the answer. We start with how the work actually happens.
One organization, one workflow, one transition. The first workflow is not the destination. It is where the network begins to form.
Every step is timestamped and names who did it. Corrections are added as new entries, never written over the old ones.
A care professional never pays to be on Carely and never has a cent taken from their pay. Fees are charged to whoever requests the work, and every fee is published.
The journey keeps moving. Carely helps the coordination move with it.
