1. Independent business
You offer services as an independent provider and not as a Carely employee, partner or agent. You control which requests you accept and, subject to accepted booking commitments and applicable law, how you perform the services. The actual legal relationship depends on the facts and cannot be determined by this label alone.
2. Qualifications and documents
You must provide truthful, current information and only offer services you are qualified and legally permitted to perform. You authorize Carely to review submitted documents and must promptly disclose expired, suspended, revoked or inaccurate credentials.
3. Service standards
You must act professionally, arrive as agreed, respect care plans and privacy, maintain appropriate boundaries, follow applicable safety and professional requirements and immediately report emergencies, safeguarding concerns and material incidents.
4. Requests and changes
You may accept or decline available requests. Once accepted, you must honour the confirmed booking or cancel promptly under the Cancellation Policy. Schedule changes require the other party's acceptance through Carely.
5. Earnings, commission and taxes
You set your displayed hourly rate. Carely retains 20% of booking earnings and the remaining 80% is payable to you before applicable taxes or payout charges. You are responsible for your taxes, registrations, expenses, equipment and legally required insurance or licensing.
6. Insurance
Carely does not currently provide or claim platform or provider insurance. You are responsible for determining and maintaining any coverage appropriate or legally required for your services.
7. Confidentiality and platform use
You may use family and care-recipient information only to evaluate or perform an authorized booking. You must protect it, avoid unnecessary copies and never use it for marketing or unrelated contact. You must not solicit users to avoid Carely fees.
8. Suspension and termination
Carely may hide a profile, pause bookings, request new documents or suspend or terminate access for safety concerns, complaints, expired credentials, false information, policy breaches or legal risk.
