Manual identity review
Government-issued identification is reviewed before a provider can appear on Carely.
Carely combines manual provider review, private introductions and human support so families can make informed requests.

Verification is a careful process, not a badge added automatically. These checks shape who can appear publicly and how a care request moves forward.

Police checks and vulnerable-sector documents are reviewed manually for the MVP.
Professional licences, CPR, First Aid and care certifications are individually reviewed.
Contact details and exact addresses stay private until Carely confirms the accepted request.
Every request has a three-hour minimum and clearly stated cancellation conditions.
Quality concerns, emergencies and refund requests are reviewed by the Carely team.
A provider chooses a role, submits the documents required for that role, and remains private while Carely reviews the application.
